Fun fact – he will tell you his name is just like David but with an “N”.Navid has been a CA licensed Broker since January 2003. He was first licensed as a salesperson at the ripe age of 21 in July 1992. He successfully has worked in all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, foreclosures and short sales as well as a successful career as a mortgage broker in residential and commercial lending.

Choosing Real Estate as a career was an easy choice for Navid. His Father was an investor in Orange County,CA. So early on he got a chance to see the transactions his Dad was involved in. Navid and his siblings learned the basics from an early age as they were the cleaning crew for his Dad’s flips in the late 70’s and early 80’s. As some would say, it’s in his blood!

Navid has a deep level of understanding what real estate agents face in a challenging market. As an owner of his own residential & commercial real estate firm, he understood giving his agents every tool possible to be successful was going to be only achievable by joining forces with Realty ONE Group. He is very proud to have become 9th Franchisee!

Navid is an expert in the marketing and negotiating of all aspects of real estate and is very customer service driven to a point of being obsessed. A huge fan of Jim Collins, Author of Best Sellers, Good to Great & Great by Choice, Navid firmly believes in the “20 Mile March” and works hard to incorporate this strategy in his daily life.

Additionally, Navid grew his brokerage from 2 agents to over a 160 agents in 3 short years and clearly understands that continuous improvement is required for any agent to really tap their true potential. He truly enjoys helping real estate agents in developing their business and implementing real estate systems which lead to an increase in productivity. Navid loves to keep abreast of the latest technology the industry has to offer, however still feels the timeless back to basic fundamentals of relationships can’t be ignored if success is to be achieved.

A Bay Area resident since 1996 – He lives in Blackhawk with his wife & two sons. Also, Navid is a proud Lifetime Member of the 11-99 California Highway Patrol Foundation, a Volunteer Judge for DECA – Distributive Education Clubs of America & Supporter of the American Red Cross, Doctors without Borders, Smile Train and other local charities.

Amanda is a California native and has grown up in the Danville area since she was 5 years old. She attended Chico State and graduated with a Bachelors of Science, Business Administration degree with an option in Management.She interned with Nordstrom for their Management program and was awarded top intern out of her group. She continued to work at Nordstrom for the summers before she graduated. She achieved top 3 in sales during pre-select Anniversary and Anniversary sale, as well as top 10 daily sales out of the entire store. She graduated in December 2010, and decided to get into IT recruiting. She worked as an IT recruiter for two and half years where she earned the “Rising Star” Award in December 2012.

She’s always had a keen interest in Real Estate at a very early age. Her Mom Sue is a REALTOR® and would take Amanda with her to tour open houses. Working at Realty ONE Group allows Amanda to interact with so many different individuals, which is what she truly loves. Her passion is to help build and grow this brokerage!



Rodelyn grew up in the Philippines and moved to California at age 12. She attended the University of California Santa Cruz and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Economics in 2009. She interned for the Asian American/Pacific Islander Resource Center and published 2 articles for their monthly newsletter.After college, she interned for the City of Livermore’s Economic Development Department (EDD) and helped with the planning of their new website as well as writing blurbs for their Visitors’ page. She was also a part of Livermore’s AMGEN Marketing Team.

Through her internship, she joined i-GATE NEST, a State-funded innovation hub, as a Program Coordinator and provided resources for startup companies including marketing collaterals. There she realized her passion for graphic design and decided to go back to school. She completed her Certificate of Achievement for Visual Communications with emphasis in Print in 2 years all the while working part time at DSW, where she enjoyed engaging with customers. Working at Realty ONE Group allows Rodelyn to engage with so many different individuals while doing what she loves, communicating ideas visually.

Shannon is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Marin County. She graduated Cum Laude from Sonoma State University with a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice and holds an MS in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University.

During college, Shannon worked as an assistant to a real estate team which initially sparked her interest in the real estate world. Throughout graduate school and continuing on afterwards, she worked as a counselor in a variety of fields, including community college, health and wellness, and private mental health settings. Though her degree is not in the real estate field, she has found a passion for real estate and everything it entails.

Shannon is our Onsite Licensed Transaction Coordinator. What she loves most about her role is interacting with our agents on an interpersonal level, providing outstanding customer service to each and every agent. She also enjoys using her experience to avoid stressful situations thus creating professional and smooth transactions.

Michael Soon Lee, CRS, GRI, has been a broker for over thirty years owning and managing both large franchised companies and small boutique firms. He is a nationally-recognized speaker who has spoken at ten National Association of Realtors® conventions and for many state Association of Realtors® conventions. Dr. Lee is a Master Instructor for the California Association of Realtors® and is President-Elect of the Contra Costa Real Estate in Motion marketing group. He is the author of eight books including, “Black Belt Negotiating”, “111 Ways to Justify Your Commission” and “Selling to Multicultural Real Estate Clients”.
